Looking for 2 roommates to fill a townhouse in Murray Hill for a start date of early October. Current lease ends sept and landlord wants to repaint and clean everything before moving in.

It’s the top 3 floors of your own building, and is bath with a rooftop. The open 2 rooms are both on the second floor and are in the video.

The first floor is an open floor plan. The second floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom. The third floor has a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living room.

The apartment has its own washer and dryer as well. Rooms are all very big with ample closets and WFH office space.

Living room partially furnished and has a pool table on the bottom floor, will probably look to remove that. The bedrooms can also come partly furnished, if interested.

Rent is $ (heat + water included) per roommate. No brokers fee is involved.

About me: I’m originally from Mass and I was living in CO for the last 8 years, Boulder/Denver, for school and work. Decided it would be fun living in NYC, so here we are. Work wise I’m a solution architect for a partner, and work fully remote. Outside of work I like to explore and go see new things, play pickleball, beach when it’s warm and ski when it’s cold.
