I am graduating a semester early and am looking to sublease my room in a Milledge style townhouse at The Retreat in Blacksburg, Va. The room has its own full bath and walk-in closet and comes furnished with a bed, nightstand, desk with chair, and dresser. The townhouse is shared with 3 other female roommates, so I am looking to sublease to females only. The townhouse has a washer/dryer, as well as a full kitchen, living room, bath, and patio on the first floor.
