Hello! We are looking for two reliable females, either full-time students or working professionals, with stable incomes. Background checks will be conducted.
House Rules: - No guests allowed for the safety of all residents.
House Details: - The house is divided into two portions. - The downstairs area is occupied by the house manager, his daughter, and niece. - The upstairs portion, available for rent, has a private entrance, living room, kitchen, and nook area. - One master bedroom with a bathroom (already rented). - Three additional rooms with a shared bathroom: - One room already rented. - Two rooms available, fully furnished with Tempur-Pedic beds, clean furniture, and desks. - Ideal applicants are those with full-time work or students.
