I have a fully furnished double bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment right next to the Drake University campus. Current roommate is moving out for personal reasons and I’m looking for someone to occupy their bedroom for the remainder of the lease. The lease goes until the end of May .
It is just me, I’m a junior at Drake University studying Data Analytics. Overall, I’m a pretty clean/reserved person but I’m also always willing to be helpful as long as my good will isn’t abused. I’m mainly just trying to find someone who I can comfortably live with. I like to relax, watch tv, play video games, cook, exercise, listen to music, play basketball, and study.
