Unfurnished bedroom in Ruskin

Description

This is an unfurnished bedroom in a house, utilities and Wi-Fi are included in the rent. I live here and work from home and have one bedroom currently rented also. All the bedrooms have their own keypad number locks for privacy/security. I can do lease terms as short as 1 month but open to extending that to whatever term you’re looking for.

I like to keep things clean, I do weekly maintenance cleaning of all the common areas but everyone generally has to be able to clean up after themselves. There are two shared and three total bathrooms in the house so hopefully nobody needs to wait on a shower or anything like that.

I’m a year old male, I like cars, golf and hanging out at the beach. friendly, feel free to reach out if you’d like a tour of the house!
