Looking for a roommate in a +/- sq ft house with attached 2 car garage, which is nestled on a acre lot abutting a beautiful, undeveloped canyon in old southwest Reno, available starting September 1st. The home is two stories, and the downstairs, which is about sq. ft., will be sublet to another tenant. The upstairs and downstairs is separated by a secured door. The upstairs portion that we will be living in has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. So, you will have two entire rooms to yourself as well as your own, private, 2 sink bathroom. Utilities will be split three ways.

A little bit about me and the style of roommate I’m looking for… I’m a year-old woman who works as an environmental planner at a local civil engineering company. My top hobbies are skiing, mountain biking, and rock climbing. I also attend culinary school two evenings a week, so with juggling my work, hobbies, friends, and boyfriend, I’m hardly ever home! But when I am home, I’m hoping to share a space with someone who is considerate, clean, and enjoys a supportive and serene atmosphere.
