I am a 31 year old man who is looking for a quiet, clean, and responsible roommate to share a 2bdr/2bath apartment on the 4th floor of a gorgeous complex.

The second bedroom is on the opposite side of the living room for ample privacy, has a mirrored wardrobe as well as a large walk in closet, and a private bathroom. All common areas in the apartment are already furnished and decorated. The apartment itself has a refrigerator, a dishwasher, microwave, and a washer and drier IN the unit. The apartment also features vaulted ceilings, a patio, and controlled central air/heat. The complex has 3 pools, a spa, a well-equipped gym, BBQ area, clubhouse, movie theater, and assigned off street parking.

The complex is beautifully landscaped, quiet, and is located minutes from UCSD, shopping, and the freeway.

*Bedroom is 11’5” x 16’0.” *No smoking and no pets. *$1,550 a month ($500 deposit) plus shared utilities (high speed Internet, SDG&E, and water). *No parties, social drinking acceptable. *Must have good references. *You will be the only other roommate in the apartment.
