Hi! My name is Noah, I’m looking for a roommate roughly around the same age as me. I have a cat and small dog, OK with well-behaved pets but I would want to vet them (ha!) with a play date first. I WFH so you would need to be ok with knowing I’m home most of the time. I’m sober, but don’t care if you smoke/drink as long as the any smoking is done outside on the patio (mgmt wants it off-property, but I won’t snitch). Apartment is roughly bed 1 bath, your bedroom would be the one pictured. move in the first week of september at the earliest.
