Room for rent in shared apartment.

My boyfriend and I are looking for a roommate to fill the other room in our 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment.

Rent would be about $ a month, with around $ for utilities and internet. If you end up renting, you will sign onto the lease and the security deposit will be 1 months rent. No pets allowed in unit, sorry!

The shared spaces in the apartment are fully furnished, so you really only need furniture for the bedroom if thats a plus for you!
We are only a few blocks from the Mississippi River. We are also right by St. Thomas, and pretty close to St. Kate's and Macalester University. We are pretty laid back people who watch a lot of movies, particularly horror movies, and make a lot of art.
