You will have your own private entrance, patio and gardening area, in addition to full access to the living room and common areas. The bathroom, with a beautiful shower, is right next to your room; and the washer and dryer is directly down the hall. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to meal prep, store your food and clean your dishes with a dishwasher and garbage disposal. The living room TV has Netflix, Disney, Prime, etc.; which you will also have full access to.
The community is so close to the beach that we have a key to go from the complex to the beach and back. There’s a pool and jacuzzi and workout room in the community center. You can park anywhere in the gated community that doesn’t have an overhead awning. This is a great deal. Don’t pass it up!
