Craftsman style cottage with cathedral ceilings available in Symrna/Vinings area. Over two thousand square feet space available. Enormous rooms (could be furnished),

Granite counters in kitchen, stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer included, lawn care included, access to pool, tennis courts, walking trails, clubhouse, etc., as we are a part of an HOA.

My wife was recruited to another university and I will be commuting to ATL for several wk/month, a few days/wk (TWR). Upstairs bedroom includes loft (huge room, big closet, bath, landing). Will also rent the downstairs master suite which has cathedral ceiling in bedroom, huge private bathroom, and walk-in closet as big as a small room (my wife said she will miss this part the most).

The movers come on September thirteenth, but if you need accommodations sooner we are open to that. We can have rooms furnished or unfurnished. If you wanted there to not be a second roommate you can rent the full house for twenty-seyen
hundred (again, I will just be sleeping in 3rd bedroom a few nights/wk).

There is a back yard, adirondack chairs around fire pit and gazebo over patio, and the best neighbors in the world. We value them and want to find great tenant(s)
