Two bedrooms are available in a -bath ground floor unit near parks, restaurants, and the metro. The unit has two floors, with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on each the ground floor and the basement below. It has high ceilings, updated appliances, and spacious rooms across square feet

There is a large living room near the entryway & another open space in the basement. The unit has lots of storage and access to a small outdoor area. The kitchen is spacious and relatively modern. All of the bedrooms are sizable and have large windows. Laundry facilities are shared in a separate basement area. I can send you a video of the unit I took while touring.

Two rooms are available, one on the ground floor and one in the basement.

Rent is $ for the unit, meaning $ per person per month not including utilities (internet and electric; water covered by landlord) and the lease is for months.

Since we’ve already covered the security deposit, first, and last month’s rent, there’s an upfront cost of $ per-person by move-in day (happy to provide receipt of transaction if needed). We’re already based in Boston so we’re around. My name is Will and I’m joined by my roommate Sterling. We’re both Duke grads () and have been working in Boston for a couple of years. We’re both into sports, the outdoors, golf, skiing/snowboarding, and are always down to hang out and/or hit the town! I also have a dog (Artemis) who will live with us. She’s super friendly and gets along with everyone.
