Looking for Roomate for apt

The room is
Mirrored closet. Fan that works great! The sun rises to the right of the window so you get great natural light in the morning, but not direct.
Please ignore items in room. This use to be used as a studio art room and is being emptied. The blinds are being replaced this week. (My cat got stuck right after bringing him home from the shelter and panicked. He is now well adjusted and chill lol.) If you want the dresser, you can have it! Otherwise, I will sell it or donate it.

There's one bathroom, however great storage space and long enough to be a double vanity!

Seperate large living and dining room with fireplace.
Dining room is nice size. I usually study at the dining room table in front of the window.
Alley kitchen dishwasher and garbage disposal that work.
In unit washer and dryer. Good storage above aswell.
Hallway closet also.
Front little concrete patio. Back of apartment is just tall grass. I've set up a hammock back there before and read even though it's not fenced it's still private since it's away from road.
