Room with private living space and private bathroom available. ALL UTILITIES & WIFI & fees included in total price! The property is located in a small newly built gated community. It’s just north of the heights outside with easy access to both highways as well. The available room is downstairs of the two-story home toward the rear of the house. The room has its own closet and is connected to its own bathroom and also connects to a downstairs living space that has its own door, the primary access to the back yard. The bathroom has to each the bedroom and living space room. Both bathroom doors lock from inside the bathroom. There is also an additional half bath upstairs that you can use anytime! They both have their own closets & tenant is able to use both. Rooms feature carpeted floors and a ceiling fan. The house was built in and has matte black modern finishes through out. The upstairs living area includes a living room, kitchen, half-bath, and laundry room which are all fully furnished and considered a common area you’d be welcome to use as well. There will be two people and two dogs sharing the home with you. My boyfriend and I live in the upstairs master bedroom along with our two very sweet canine companions! We keep a very nice clean home that is very modern. With the balcony upstairs, patio, and small yard there is plenty of outdoor space as well as natural light in the home. Our dogs are well behaved and friendly. The rent is $/month flat which includes a private room, private bathroom, another semi private furnished living area room that can be used as an additional living space/guest room, and also includes utilities, WiFi, parking, etc!
