Super Clean, Quiet, Chill House

We are looking for ONE person who is friendly, clean, easy-going, considerate, respectful, no drama and responsible... if that sounds like you keep reading. We like to keep the house clean at all times (including our rooms too;) and quiet most of the time, this is not a party house but do enjoy having friends over once in a while and we are very friendly.
The house is located in a safe neighborhood (Harbor and Heil) between the -- and the -- freeways
on Harbor Blvd and is right next to Huntington Beach, Santa Ana and Costa mesa. The house has 4 bedrooms and two baths, so you'll be sharing a bathroom with 2 clean considerate roommates. We have a huge backyard w/fruit trees, front yard, garage, washer/dryer, super high speed WIFI, outdoor Weber grill, microwave, toaster oven, plenty of parking, water filter and the house is always clean and comfy. The deposit will is the same as rent.
No Cats or Dogs. Caged animals are ok if they are quiet.
We are looking for ONE PERSON long term and the room is available ASAP.
