Seeking a quiet low traffic home

Description

Looking in Katy, Cinco Ranch, Richmond areas but also open to a Central location such as The Heights. Seeking a Private room and PRIVATE bath. I work 2 jobs so when I am in the house during the day I am either working or asleep so a peaceful and quiet environment with no loud television, phone calls, music, or guests is my priority. For this reason, I do not want to live with anyone who also works from home or is at home all day -I have tried this twice in the past and there is just too much overlap.
I am looking for a low traffic household meaning that you are not hosting holidays/
events or having visitors on a regular basis including your family and friends coming to stay
