Room for rent

Description

2 guys looking for a third roommate. To take over the a bedroom, this is a 3 bedroom house 3 bathrooms, a basement garage.
Looking for someone who is not a partier, but down to go fishing or grilling in the backyard. Unfortunately, we can have no other pets on the property. You will have to pass a background check, credit check, and Proof of income. Utilities are split in thirds. Lawn has to be mowed we switch off with that chore.
