I have a room in a luxury apartment bldg in Glendora. It's currently temporary accommodations should things work out there is the option to move into a 2 bedroom within the same complex. Please be steadily employed with good references. Security deposit is negotiable. Bldg is extremely secure. You'll have your own parking space In a gated parking structure. Complex is newer and very modern. Pool and gym included. Full washer/dryer privileges along with kitchen and shared bathroom unless we switch to a 2 bedroom then there would be separate bathrooms. The bldg is completely non smoking. Unit is on 2nd floor with elevator and stairwell access. Please be mature reliable trustworthy and drama free. I have a tolerance policy where drama is concerned. Prefer ages .
