Male or female doesn't matter just looking for someone who is a decent roommate that cleans up after themselves, pays their rent and housing expenses on time, very rarely has visitors over. I am a middle-aged guy so prefer someone in that is thirty to sixty but flexible for the right person.
NO COUPLES! My place is too small and it feels crowded when there are more than two people here.
