Description

The second bedroom and bathroom will be cleared out before move in. Can have it cleared out aside from the couch in an hour.

The Situation:
My ex is moving out currently, and I need someone to pick up some slack on the rent. I would prefer someone planning to stay long-term and would be willing to renew the lease with me in October. However, from August-October month to month is fine.

The Place:
There is a bedroom and bathroom that would be private; the first few photos show the room and bath. There is a detached garage and a storage closet. The property has a pool, hot tub, gym, and community garden. The neighborhood is quiet and nice.

Perks:
1. Parking is free.
2. I already have everything covered, so you just move in and pay me money regularly.
3. Dog
4. I cook and order too much food so you will be fed.
5. I am happy to share everything, it doesn't bother me.

About Me:
Hey! Living in Longmont and working at the university in Boulder. -year-old Navy veteran looking for a roommate. I've got a masters in history, I work in IT, I am pretty chill and willing to mind my business or be buddies, whatever your vibe is. I have a dog named Victoria; she is very, very nice but very reactive, so please, no additional pets. Something in a cage is fine. Also, she does shed quite a bit something to bare in mind. It would be cool to have a roommate that also wants to hang out, but whatever is clever. I like movies, music, cars, and melting into the couch. I'm back in school and I work full-time, so I keep it pretty simple and quiet.
