I’m looking for a new roommate to share my bath apartment with square feet. Washer and dryer included in apartment. Right off Hodges Blvd, minutes from Atlantic and Jax beach, endless restaurants/stores all within minutes from apartment, community pool, basketball court, tennis courts. Rent per month with utilities, WiFi, and everything is between $ per month depends on how much utilities and water we use each month is why it varies. My apartment has an awesome location with a beautiful backyard and pond with fountain right behind the porch. I love this spot! I’m clean and respectful and a laid back guy. year old male. Able to move in ASAP. Looking for someone to resign a month lease with me that starts August 1
