I'm looking for a flatmate to share a spacious, furnished bath apartment on the Mounds View / Spring Lake Park / Fridley borders. The bedrooms are spacious with walk-in closets and each room has a private bathroom. The apartment has an in-unit washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, central air conditioning, and heat, a spacious balcony, and an indoor heated parking garage (for an additional monthly fee).

I am a professional in my mid/late forties, raised in the UK, and moved to MN around 5 years ago. I'm open to sharing the space with tidy, respectful, considerate individuals of all backgrounds, however, I would prefer non-smokers. I am also open to small pets (An additional $ deposit is required). All interested individuals will need to pass a background and credit check with the building management company.
