We’ve created a private, safe & cozy atmosphere. An enormous sliding three pane window opens the entire back of the house onto a private patio with outdoor furniture and a glass rock firepit. All utilities included in monthly rent (Electricity / Internet / Water, Sewer, Trash / AC.) Rent can be prorated. Payment due when you first arrive and then on the 1st. Access to the private Presidio Club, Starpointe Resident’s club and The Yacht Club and upscale amenities /pools can be available to you via passes or membership as a resident depending on your duration of stay.
