This room will be available to rent April tenth (current renter is still in the room until April ninth so I won’t be able to show you the room but you are welcome to schedule to come by to see the rest of our home and to see if you’re a good fit 😊) it has a twin size bed, shelf, shelf
to hang clothes, keypad lock on the bedroom door.

The deposit / move in fee is only three hundred and fifty dollars. The deposit is refunded as long as there are no damages, the room is cleaned and in the same condition as when you moved into it and a thirty days move out notice is given. The deposit secures the room for you to rent from me as soon as it is paid.

accept people with bad credit and evictions depending on circumstance.

I keep my home a kind, drama free, mature, trustworthy, authentic, environmentally friendly, equal rights, fun peaceful energy, safe, cozy environment.

I also accept rent paid weekly and biweekly
at an increased rate for folks who are living paycheck to paycheck

Rent Includes furnished room with bedding, utilities, wifi, common amenities like shampoo, conditioner, body soap, laundry soap, toilet paper, paper towels etc.

All common areas get deep cleaned several times a week by me or a housekeeper. Renter is still expected to clean up after themselves.
