Two furnished/unfurnished rooms are available, one room with single bed for hundred fifty and a larger room for one person for hundred, if two people share the large room the rent is twelve hundred. The bathroom pictured is shared. Rooms are in a private home in Seminole County on a private acre lot, min from Downtown Orlando. It includes utilities, parking, internet.

We are a loving family that also offers a place for responsible individuals to work, study and live in a relaxing environment.

Everyone has their own space but helps take care of the common areas. We have a large screened in pool, grill and space to enjoy nature on the property.
