1K includes all utilities .Located 5 minutes drive from downtown Greenvile at the art district . I am renting one furnished room / private bathroom in my elegant fully furnished 4 bedroom split level . Will live with me only . Ideally a professional male or female that is stable, very clean, no smoking and employed FT. I am a holistic therapist and and work 2 additional jobs . Must like animals, I have two small dogs that are small hypoallergenic, no odor, no hair shedding and are potty trained they are very chill and love company
. Absolutely no other pets permitted in the house . Smoking is outdoors only . I keep the house very clean and beautiful at all times . Must be SUPER CLEAN, ORGANIZED and PRIVATE . Must pass a background check , Proof of employment , references. If you love peace and quiet , good music , hiking, nature , privacy and convenient location this is an amazing place to be. This is for 1 person only. Deposit required . It’s Not for a couple. No B/F G/F sleep overs. This place is month to month and up to January I will be downsizing unless you are so awesome that I might hanger my mind and keep these beautiful house in this magical space .
