I’m a quiet yet charismatic responsible professional female. I’m a COS Nail Specialist. My lease currently ends at the end of June. My rent keeps going up and unable to keep living here. The room I rent needs to be unfurnished as I have all my own furnishings. No shared bathroom. I also have a couch, coffee table and tv stand as well if able to fit somewhere. Plus, some patio furniture and my own kitchen items. I also will be accompanied by my cat meow meows aka Miss Princess. She’ll be eleven
yrs old soon and well
behaved. She goes where I go and we have a litter-robot that
scoops her bathroom needs so no smelly litter box. She is up-to-date on all her shots. Non-smoker, no drugs and rarely have a drink. I like to cook, watch movies and focus on my health.
