This ft room comes unfurnished. The living spaces are shared with TV access, kitchen access, in-house laundry, private backyard.

Three males live in house currently, all work in finance in Manhattan and commute frequently to the city.

Two cats roam the house and are very friendly. Preference of an individual who is not allergic to pets.
Pets would be allowed on an individual basis, a pet fee of $ a month will be added to rent

Utilities are included in the rent, parking is readily available on the street.

Move in would be first month and a security deposit. The lease would be a month-month lease.
