Hello. I recently got a new job and am looking to move. I am looking for someone to take over my lease for October or November. My apartment is located in Ballantyne and the complex is called Providence Park Apartments. I have a bath apartment that is sq ft. Rent is $ a month. If you have a pet there is an additional $ fee added to your monthly rent. You will not have to pay the $ security deposit since it is a lease take over. This apartment complex has amenities that include a gym, dog park, pool, clubhouse with free coffee, and package room. It’s located 5 minutes from the arboretum and waverly shopping center.
