Room in new, clean townhouse

Description

Im a 34 year old female professional with a 3 bed / 2.5 bath townhouse. Id like to rent out one bedroom. About the house:
- new build, quiet neighborhood, tons of light
- close to MLK Jr park and LOTs of trails
- central ac - New maytag washerdryer
- gas fireplace and stove
- fenced yard, dog friendly The renter would have a private bathroom when there are no guests (and my guests would probably use my bathroom). Theres an additional bedroom that Im not planning to rent out because I dont want to have two roommates, but Im open to it being a WFH office if you need one. Location: NW Torchcrest place. 15 minutes from campus and 10 minutes from Good Samaritan. $950 includes internet, gas, and garbage. We would split waterelectricity. I have two well behaved, nonshedding dogs. Sorry, no cats. Im allergic. About me: I work on campus and im working on a PhD, so Im usually studying or in class. I love to cook so theres a wellstocked kitchen. I dont smoke or vape, and Id prefer if you dont either. **This profile thing forced me to put an exact number for utilities but it varies. Ill add a photo of the bedroom asap, sorry I dont have one.
