Dad w 10yo. Out of town every 6 wks

My name is Frank Jurado, Im a 56 yo male, and Ive lived in this area for about 5 years, in Calabasas and Santa Monica prior. I have a 10 year old son that lives with his mom in Oak Park. My situation is unique. I own a home as well as rental property in Costa Rica and I stay approximately 6-8 weeks in USA and 3-4 weeks in CR. This cycle continues throughout the year. I would love to find a consistent place for my son and I whenever Im in town. I dont mind paying full rent when Im not here. However, when I am here, my son is here with me 50% of the time. Im semi retired and work from home. I do have a morning schedule that keeps me busy though. Please let me know if you think this might work and we can arrange to meet! Thanks.
