🏡 ROOMMATE WANTED — LYNCHBURG, VA | $1,100 ALL-INCLUSIVE Looking for one responsible adult roommate to share my 3-story townhouse in Lynchburg, less than 15 minutes from downtown. $1,100/month includes rent, ALL utilities & Wi-Fi, so you'll have one flat monthly amount without worrying about splitting or keeping track of separate household bills. You'll have the unfurnished master bedroom, which has two closets and its own private attached bathroom with a sink, toilet and stand-up shower. You'll also have your own designated off-street parking space. The townhouse has plenty of shared space, including furnished common areas, a full kitchen and dining room, full basement, washer/dryer, laundry and storage space, and a home gym. There's also a back deck/gazebo area with a beautiful mountain view. One thing that's important to me: I want this to feel like your home too. I'm not looking for someone to pay rent and then feel like they're expected to stay in their bedroom. The common areas are genuinely shared, while still respecting each other's personal space and privacy. You'll be living with just me. I'm a full-time working professional with a regular Monday-Friday schedule. The house is generally quiet and laid-back, and I'm looking for another independent, respectful adult who values communication, mutual respect and keeping shared spaces reasonably clean.
