UMD apartment lease takeover

Description

The lease is at tempo in College Park. It’s a shared four bedroom four bathroom apartment and I am looking for someone to take over my one bedroom one bathroom lease. The rent is 1050 with utilities included and a parking pass. The roommates are three other girls around age 20 no smoking or pets in the apartment currently. my lease is for bedroom B, which is fully furnished with a loft bed. There is dressers underneath and room for a desk. There’s also a closet and private bathroom. There is also a washer and dryer in unit.
