2 rooms available for rent, Oct 3rd

Hi there, I'm new to this app, but I will have 2 rooms available for rent in October. My house is 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, all appliances are new within the last 2 years. I have pretty much been renovating everything for the last 2 years, actually. Roof, windows, insulation, doors, paint ( interior & exterior), flooring, etc. I have a swimming pool, a large front & back yard with washer & dryer. I am located in Lemon Grove on the cusp of San Diego border. All of the neighbors are my family as we own houses on the same street. I have lived on this block on and off for 30 years and it is very safe. I am 41 years old, single female, I have 3 cats & I am a bartender / also a remodeler. The rent will be $1,000 per month with all utilities included. $1,000 deposit, lease terms negotiable. Looking for 1 tenant per room, no couples, no animals. Let me know if this interests you 🙂
