You’ll also have access to the garage and the shared areas of the house, including a large kitchen, living space, washer and dryer. The house is in a great location — quiet neighborhood, close to the beach and grocery stores, and most importantly, dangerously close to Taco Bell. Rent: $1,233/month + ~ 80 utilities (varies) I’m 23, active-duty military, clean, respectful, and pretty laid-back.
