BUDGET 700 But can negotiate. Hi, my name is George. I’m a 38-year-old working professional truck driver and warehouse worker. Looking for a room to rent, with a budget of around $600 per month. I’m clean, respectful, reliable, and believe honesty, communication, and privacy are important when sharing a home with someone. I’m outgoing and friendly, but I also respect personal space and understand that everyone needs time to themselves. I take my responsibilities seriously, have steady employment, and I’m focused on building a stable and positive future. I’m looking for a comfortable living situation with someone who is equally respectful and willing to communicate and work together to make the arrangement successful for everyone.
