Utilities Include/Close to Downtown

I’m Gabriel Garcia the property owner, 22 years, and always working or training. I spend majority of my free time training at Sammy Muay Thai or attending mass at St Ignatius of Loyola. I’m very solely at home so my roommate is most likely going to be home alone majority of the time. I’m looking for a reliable roommate who is respectful and communicative. I don’t step on peoples toes I’m open to discuss any issues or disagreements that may arise in an along the way. Home is located on Farm to Market 1960 East and 45 Hwy Blvd. Home is 25 minutes from Houston Downtown, 27 minutes from Conroe, 22 minutes from humble, and 28 minutes from Tomball. I have two bedrooms available for rent, one bedroom is fully furnished with a Queen sized bed. Other bedroom is empty ready for someone to move their furniture in. Everything in my home is in great condition plus all the utilities are included. I am willing to assist rehousing any roommates on the weekends, if need to. Anything I could be in assistance to making the move-in process smoother, I’m willing to do no problem. Thank you God bless
