The apartment is unfurnished, has laundry machines in the building, free street parking, and the lake is about a 20-minute walk away. Devon Market, Target, and plenty of restaurants are nearby for food/groceries. Utilities (gas/electric + internet) aren’t included and have been around $100/month during the summer. Cats are allowed! The available room is slightly smaller than mine.
