I’m looking for someone to take over my lease as I’m relocating out of state. I’ve lived here for 4 years and have truly loved it! This cute 1-bedroom apartment is located directly across the street from Loyola Beach and gets plenty of beautiful east-facing sunlight. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and features hardwood floors, a decorative fireplace, radiators, and window A/C. A parking spot is also available in the alley for $125/month. The neighbors are friendly and social, and it’s been a wonderful place. I’d love to find someone who will enjoy the apartment as much as I have.
