Hi, my name is David. I looking to rent my luxury apartment in Reston, VA. The monthly rent is $1500 (utilities and wifi included, optional parking at the complex is $100 a month) and the room is available on October 1st. It is a 6 month lease and the tenant would have to be added onto the lease via the main office (background, credit check, and employment verification required). Full time professionals only. No Couples.
