An occasional guest may use it since it is closer to the common areas, but otherwise it will not be shared. The room fits a queen bed and has a large closet. The home is updated and fully furnished except for your bedroom and includes:

• Community pool & hot tub Convenient access to the 202 and 60, with shopping, restaurants, and entertainment nearby, including Superstition Springs, Signal Butte, and SanTan Village. 🐶 DOGS: I have two friendly dogs—a 10-year-old Australian Cattle Dog mix and a 6-year-old Shepherd mix. They are both affectionate and part of the household, so you must be comfortable with dogs. No additional dogs or cats; other pets may be negotiable. 👩 ABOUT ME: I’m a 38-year-old female community social worker. I work from home a couple days a week but am generally social and frequently out evenings/weekends. I’m respectful, responsible, considerate, and looking for the same. Looking for a female, non-smoking roommate who is reasonably tidy, cleans up after themselves, respects shared spaces, and communicates well. 💰 $900/month + 50% utilities
