This is not a traditional empty bedroom rental. I’m offering a newly renovated, almost entirely new, fully furnished Van Gogh–themed private room inside my 2-bedroom townhome. The space was designed with an extended-stay feel, making it ideal for someone who wants a comfortable, self-contained space without needing access to an entire house. Your rental includes the furnished bedroom and designated access to the upstairs master bathroom. Inside the room, you’ll have your own mini kitchenette setup for basic everyday meals and drinks, including: • Mini refrigerator

• 3-in-1 breakfast station with a small griddle/skillet, toaster oven and coffee maker
• Basic kitchenette essentials There is no full-size stove or oven inside the room. The bedroom is fully decorated, furnished and move-in ready, with a cozy Van Gogh-inspired atmosphere, TV, workspace, storage, lighting and other extended-stay-style amenities already provided. IMPORTANT: This is a private-room rental, not whole-home access. At move-in, access is limited to your private bedroom and the designated upstairs bathroom. The downstairs kitchen, dining room and living room are not included as part of the rental. Additional access to shared areas of the home may be considered later by mutual agreement after trust, compatibility and respect for the household have been established. I’m looking for one clean, respectful and dependable person who appreciates privacy and wants a peaceful, already-furnished space without the expense of setting up an apartment from scratch.
