Duplex for rent

Description

I'm looking for a female roommate to share my two bedroom one bath Menasha duplex. Rent is $575 per month plus utilities. My duplex has been remodeled and has lots of storage space all around. I have a nice large unfinished basement, central air, nice yard, a driveway with room for two vehicles. I'm looking for someone who is like-minded with regards to being respectful, clean, keeps to themselves, and pays bills and rent on time. No criminal record please. I'm looking for someone to move in September 1st. The lease goes until next July but I am willing to have someone rent short term.
