I am looking for a vacant studio/1 bed apartment to rent long-term in Dublin (or surrounding counties) or alternatively a shared apartment with only one more person (preferably female). My budget is €1250 and I would like to move around November 2026-February 2027 time, as my current lease is ending in March 2027 - due to the landlord selling the house.
