2 rooms w/ Utilities

Description

Looking for a roommate to rent out a room on the 2nd Floor house near Bell Blvd, it also comes with a separate small office in the living room. Close Access to Long Island Rail Road, Fire Station, 111th NYPD Precinct. The price may seem a bit high but utilites and Fios wi-fi are included as well, though. Also, there will be 2 cats in the house. The room and office will be ALMOST fully furnished, you may have to acquire certain items on your own. There’s generally no strict house rules, just treat it like how you would any home. With respect and make sure to clean up after yourself! I’m fairly open with guests but we unfortunately cannot have any late night parties.
