Private room with a dedicated bathroom in a comfortable home in Wheat Ridge. The bathroom would basically be yours, but the washer and dryer are located in there, so I would need to access it for laundry. You’d have use of the kitchen, living areas, fenced backyard, and some extra basement storage. The house has hardwood floors, central heat and AC, and off-street parking. I also have a sweet 7-year-old Husky/Lab mix who lives here, so you definitely need to be comfortable living with a dog. The location is really convenient for getting around Denver, with easy access to I-70, the Highlands, Tennyson Street, Sloan’s Lake, and downtown. It’s also easy to head west toward the mountains. I’m looking for the right fit more than anything. Someone responsible, respectful, and easygoing who is comfortable sharing a home while also having their own space and independence. I keep a pretty relaxed home and appreciate open communication, consideration for each other, and someone who is comfortable living with a dog. I’d love to find someone who wants the house to feel like home, not just a place to rent a room.
