Room in a safe neighborhood,

Description

I have a room in a two bedroom apartment. My roommate just moved and I would like to stay for the next 6 months, I pay for all the utilities as they are billed separately, we only have to split the electric bill as it changes drastically from month to month. I work two jobs during the week so I'm almost never home. I meal prep on Sundays. I'm quiet, I like to keep the common areas clean and tidy, however sometimes when the week is hectic it might go a day without picking up. But 98% of the time everything is clean and try to keep it organized. I have my own washer and dryer in the apartment so no need to go to the Laundromat or building's shared laundry room. I don't smoke and drink alcohol maybe one a week or twice a month. I respect peoples privacy and I expect the same also common sense.
