Coop-lite between Porter & Davis

Description

Hello! We are two friends—Coby (he/him, 24, high-school teacher) and Aengus (he/him, 23, industrial engineer)—and we’re looking for two people to join a new communal house at 10 Willow Ave, Somerville. The two of us have lived together since last September in a 5-person coop-lite elsewhere in Cambridge. Every weekday, one of us cooks a meal (with vegan options) for the house to share, and we eat together as much as possible, often with guests. We spend plenty of time together in the common room, organizing movie nights, playing board games, listening to records, or just talking about philosophy, effective altruism, and music. We host a vegan potluck for the wider community every month, often coinciding with a Porter Square contra dance, which we walk to together. The photo of us at the bottom of the page is from a house Iron Chef competition! Three of our housemates from last year are moving, so we found a new apartment (10 Willow Ave) that we’re excited to live in with new cooperative housemates. We’re looking to find two people (any gender, preferably in their 20s) who are interested in the group qualities described above. We’re open to people joining for the full year (preferred) or a few months. About the house:
