I am looking for someone to take the master bedroom at my house in Atascadero. Rent is 750 with water and trash included! It is the perfect location to walk downtown, but located on a hill, so the house stays private and quiet. There is a fully fenced in yard for a small dog/ cat and a cute porch that I never use. There are large, beautiful oak trees in the yard that give plenty of shade. The master room will be freshly painted white (or your preferred color) and the room gets plenty of natural light with two large windows, and a good sized closet. Dark hardwood floors. Washer and dryer as well!
