Description

This is an all inclusive bedroom with it's own full bathroom. There is a fenced in back yard, patio area, 2 car attached garage. Everything will be furnished except for your bedroom. Rent is $1000 a month per room with all utilities included (internet, gas, electric, water, garbage). I'm also asking for a $250 deposit plus there is a $40 fee you need to pass for a background check. You will get your deposit back if you leave everything as you did when you moved in. You are welcome to bring your own furniture as well. I do have some room in my garage if you need to store a few things. The house is also located near the end of the street in a quiet neighborhood. You can get downtown to Broadway in about 20 minutes as well. It's also conveniently located 15 minutes from several different shopping centers, 5 minutes away from Wal-Mart, Kroger, Starbucks, among some other restaurants/bars. I work regular hours during the week so I'm not up late partying on weeknights and I don't throw massive house parties on weekends. I am looking for someone who is clean, considerate, easy to get along with, and pays their rent on time. I put the address in for the Burger Republic in Lennox Village since I'm 5 minutes from that location. Not that I don't trust everyone that I talk to the internet, but until I get a chance to meet or talk to you, I'm not going to give the exact address. Hope everyone understands!
